What you need to apply

Keep these ready. You fill in your restaurant, address and bank details first, then upload the documents after you submit.

A scanned copy of your valid trade license.
Menu Card
A copy of your most recent menu card.
Identity Card
A clear, scanned copy of the owner's identity card.
VAT Certificate
Your VAT certificate to verify your tax registration.
Bank IBAN Letter
A bank letter or IBAN certificate with the account holder name and IBAN.

What information do I need to start my application?

Start with the restaurant owner's contact details, restaurant email address, phone number, and business type. You can then continue with the restaurant profile, address, license, banking, and plan details.

How does email verification work?

After you start the application, Click To Food sends a verification link to the restaurant email address. Open that link to verify the email and continue the saved application.

Which business details are required?

The application collects the restaurant profile, store type, categories or cuisines, business address, trade license information, required VAT registration details, and bank account details.

Which documents must I upload?

After submitting the application, upload your valid trade license, menu card, owner or Emirates ID, VAT certificate, and a bank IBAN letter showing the account holder name and IBAN.

What happens after I submit the application?

Click To Food emails a secure document-upload link. After review and signup approval, your contract is generated and emailed with the agreed financial terms. Sign and upload it during onboarding.

Can I replace a document after uploading it?

Documents can be uploaded or replaced while the application is still under review. Document changes are locked after the application is approved or rejected unless Click To Food reopens it for corrections.
